This website also offers free written and visual content for visitors. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive products and/or services if doing so is prohibited in your country/state or under any law or regulation applicable to you. Pricing Terms When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products and/or for services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return and Refund Terms For any undamaged product, contact us within 5 business days of the date you receive the product at support@healthierhomes.com to initiate a return, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) you must receive a return authorization from our team prior to returning an item; (iii) Pack and return the items in their original condition in order to qualify for refund; (iv) Please allow up to four weeks from the date of return for us to receive the item, conduct a QC review and issue a refund or exchange. Once a refund has been issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account; (v) Customers are responsible for return shipping fees; (vi) Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Please refer to the Damaged Products section under Shipping Information if your item arrives broken; (vii) Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee; (viii) All sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable expect in the case of manufacturing defects; (ix) the following products are not refundable: paint or construction products*, eGuides. *Paint products can be exchanged if it is deemed, by us, to be defective. Please contact support@healthierhomes.com if you think that you’ve encountered a defective paint product. Right to Change We may, without prior notice, change the products and/or services; stop providing the products and/or services or any features of the products and/or services we offer; or create limits to the products and/or services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products and/or services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. Warranty/Responsibility When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of HEALTHIER HOMES, LLC.
