Magniflex® 10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Healthier Homes is proud to be the exclusive online-only U.S. retailer for Magniflex, a world-renowned Italian mattress maker with over 60 years of expertise. All Magniflex mattresses are backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against sagging and structural defects. Magniflex mattress toppers include a 3 year manufacturer warranty.  Our 90-Night Sleep Trial

Sleep is so precious for the body to repair. Deep sleep takes time—and so does adjusting to a new mattress. Your body needs time to adapt to proper support (especially if you’ve been sleeping on an older mattress). Every Magniflex mattress comes with our Healthier Homes 90-night sleep trial. If you're not happy after 90 days, you can simply request a return and full refund.

Why We Require a 90-Night Trial

Our collection of luxury quality nontoxic mattresses are less about instant gratification, and more about amazing sleep and supportive rest over the long term. Our 90-night sleep period allows your body to adjust, the spine and muscles to realign & relax, and microcirculation to open up and deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues and muscles.

 

Why? Because your body will thank you with deep restorative sleep, and we're willing to take it back if you're not satisfied after 90 days.

How Mattress Returns Work

If after 90 nights you feel it’s not the right fit, you may request a return and a full refund. Returns must be initiated within 15 days after the 90-night trial ends (from the date it was delivered). Contact us through our customer portal with your order number to initiate a return. Photos of the mattress are required to verify its condition. A member of our team will be in touch to schedule a pickup of your mattress.

 

Note, we do not resell returned mattresses. Instead, we donate them to a local women’s shelter. Returns are accepted only if the mattress is in excellent condition (no stains, odors, tears, fragrances, or damage). Only one mattress return is allowed per customer and/or household. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less $199 for pickup and processing.

Tips for the Best Sleep Experience

Similar to a new pair of shoes, a new mattress—especially one made with high-quality, non-toxic materials—may feel different at first. Here’s tips on how to make the transition to amazing rest.

 

  • Unpack & unroll your mattress; let is rest for 24 hours before use

  • Allow time to adjust; for most people 3–4 weeks

  • Lightly walking on the mattress to help soften comfort layers

  • Make sure your mattress foundation slats are no more than 3" apart

  • Use a breathable mattress protector​​​
